If your fence sits inside that drip line, you’ll get constant water pooling at the post bases, which softens soil and rusts hardware faster than anywhere else on the lot. • Rust streaks at post bases. Boxabl’s chassis extends beyond the wall line in places, and if a post was anchored through or next to that steel, galvanic corrosion sets in. You’ll see orange staining at the base within two years.
